Description

You will build and own high-performance services for the security platform, focusing on authentication and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, scalable APIs, libraries, and microservices for authentication.
• Develop tools to improve code reliability and streamline security service adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams to fix bugs and develop new features.
• Lead incident response and participate in on-call rotation to restore service during events.
• Apply software design patterns to ensure solutions are maintainable and resilient.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, including leading technical initiatives.
• Deep expertise in object-oriented programming using Java.
• Strong experience with API Development (REST) and building microservices.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, Git, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of authentication standards like OAuth and SAML.
• Ability to build resilient services using patterns like idempotency and circuit-breaking.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
