Deliver end-to-end technical solutions for complex projects and lead routine development efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software systems and applications for new features and enhancements.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical tasks for the engineering team.
• Determine system specifications, design standards, and programming approaches.
• Document solutions, including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending policy changes.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 11.
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS, and SQS.
• Strong knowledge of Spring framework and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Experience developing event-based services.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and management stakeholders.
• Experience leading multiple projects while balancing focus and scope.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Python development experience.
