You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java and Microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain distributed systems ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues in production.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Participate in architecture discussions and system design decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Experience with Microservices development and architecture.
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems and Distributed Computing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives or guiding team technical direction.
