Description

You will manage, develop, and maintain in-house applications while driving SDLC maturity and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose work into user stories to optimize team workload planning and drive SDLC maturity.
• Design and document technical solutions, ensuring implementations meet functional specifications.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and contribute to functional analysis.
• Collaborate with Architects, Infrastructure, and Operations to optimize solutions and security.
• Maintain development standards, technical documentation, and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience in an object-oriented context.
• Proficiency in Delphi, .NET, and full-stack development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with API development and consuming legacy Cobol applications.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, test automation, and CI/CD.
• Background in Life Insurance industry.
• Fluency in French and English (written and oral).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
