You will develop and maintain software solutions within a financial services environment, focusing on Workday integrations and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Perform change impact analysis to evaluate the effects of code modifications.
• Execute scenario testing to ensure system stability and correctness.
• Debug complex software issues to identify and resolve root causes in production code.
• Implement and manage Workday integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Integration.
• Experience using XSLT for data transformation.
• Proven ability in debugging and troubleshooting production code.
• Experience performing change impact analysis.
• Experience conducting thorough scenario testing.
