Description

You will own the technical delivery of projects within an existing Salesforce environment, focusing on CRM administration and full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and implement technical projects using HTML, VisualForce, Apex, and SOQL.
• Redesign the Salesforce Account structure to standardize intake and client data management, including migration to person accounts.
• Configure new client intake journeys and build client portals using Experience Cloud and community licenses.
• Optimize existing VisualForce intake forms and documentation for performance and usability.
• Provide complete knowledge transfer, including design documentation and project walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• 4-6 years of experience as a CRM administrator, specifically with Salesforce.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce.com, Apex, and SOQL.
• Proficiency in HTML and VisualForce page development.
• Intermediate coding proficiency in Java.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platform architecture and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and the Experience Cloud builder.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in the delivery and execution of complex technical projects.
