Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models, perform CRUD operations, and manage collections in MongoDB.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following established coding standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources to support application functionality.
• Optimize application performance and ensure service scalability and availability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols for backend services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and the Flask framework for backend API development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and tuning.
• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs for secure data exchange.
• Strong understanding of backend authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
• Knowledge of software design patterns and modular code structuring.
• Experience writing unit tests and participating actively in code reviews.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
