Description

Design and develop scalable backend systems using Golang, PostgreSQL, and NodeJS. Own the release pipeline, optimize database schemas, and troubleshoot production issues across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend services in Golang and NodeJS.
• Implement and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for performance.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS).
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Golang development.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including design and query tuning.
• Expertise in NodeJS for building RESTful APIs and web applications.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
