Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Node.js for client-specific implementations and internal platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications and services using Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Implement backend integrations between client systems and third-party services.
• Design and manage efficient SQL and NoSQL database schemas and persistence layers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through direct client consultation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience focused on backend systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java with the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong experience in backend JavaScript development using Node.js.
• Proven track record of designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL technologies.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and Redis.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
