Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related technical field with 5+ years of experience (or Master’s with 4+ years).
• Thorough understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
• Expertise in using Integrated Development Environments (IDE).
• Proficiency in version control and defect reporting tools.
• Strong experience with scripting.
• Proven ability to apply technical standards to meet business objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Agile experience or experience acting as an Agile Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends.
