You will build modular, reusable .NET components, translating business requirements into technical solutions while mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and process flows into technical specifications for assigned projects.
• Build modular and reusable code components following established best practices.
• Collaborate with leads and administrators across the full application development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in design and code review sessions to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development methodologies and Windows application implementation using the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Strong hands-on experience with reporting tools, specifically Microsoft SSRS.
• Proficiency in SQL database design and development, including writing stored procedures and using SSIS.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, high-quality systems independently and in a team setting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and create logical, practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
