Description

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications while mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Java applications using Spring and Hibernate.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE and Java EE.
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficient in database management systems: MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
