Description

Design and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js within a microservices architecture, integrating with AI agents and foundational models.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize backend services using Python and Node.js in a microservices environment.
• Develop and manage non-relational databases including Postgres, Postgres Vector DB, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using AWS services and Kubernetes.
• Integrate foundational models via the OpenAI API to build chatbots and AI agents.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to connect server-side logic with user-facing applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development with Python and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes for deployment and management.
• Experience with non-relational databases such as Postgres, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI, including working with the OpenAI API and building chatbots.
