Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities. This role owns the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing software solutions for performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices.
• Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications for future reference.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, including experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools.
• Experience in developing applications for mobile or web platforms.
