You will lead technical project execution and manage developer teams to deliver applications meeting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop project ideas while assisting development teams with execution.
• Manage developer teams from a technical perspective and coordinate with client-side counterparts.
• Resolve merge conflicts during deployment processes.
• Review peer code and document new technical solutions.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve application development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience managing developer teams from a technical standpoint.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Ability to travel to various client locations within the US (approximately 10% domestic travel).
