You will lead technical projects and mentor development teams while owning the full software lifecycle from research to production services.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and mentor junior developers through structured training plans.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle, including research, development, refactoring, and production services.
• Perform technical reviews of software architecture and manage codebase updates via pull requests.
• Develop code independently using standard languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with industry experts to identify digital transformation opportunities and communicate complex processes clearly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with React or Angular 8.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Ability to manage tasks, scheduling, and resourcing across multiple projects.
• Experience performing technical code reviews and quality checks.
• Ability to evaluate client expectations and commercial models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams of 2 to 5 developers.
• Any Graduate degree.
