Description

Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, customization, and estimation of ServiceNow GRC module solutions.
• Configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
• Develop GRC applications within the ServiceNow platform based on analyzed business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
• Mentor team members and stay updated on ServiceNow platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development related to the IRM Module.
• Practical knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.
• Familiarity with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) workflows.
• Understanding of Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit functionalities.
• Bachelor's Degree or any Graduate degree in a related field.
