Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize non-relational databases including Postgres, Postgres Vector DB, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Leverage AWS services and Kubernetes to deploy, manage, and scale applications efficiently.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate server-side logic with user-facing applications.
• Develop AI agent projects, including building chatbots and integrating foundational models via OpenAI API.
• Design robust RESTful APIs following microservices best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services for deployment and management.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI, including working with OpenAI API.
• Experience building chatbots or similar AI-driven applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postgres Vector DB for semantic search or RAG implementations.
