Description

You will build IBM ODM rule solutions for transaction-level decisioning, alerting, and notifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for fraud prediction applications and high-volume transaction processing systems.
• Analyze customer requests for fraud rule changes and evaluate solution effectiveness.
• Design rule strategies to identify and implement solutions for customers.
• Develop and implement rule changes within an agile environment.
• Validate rule changes against transaction data to enforce quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Direct experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) software.
• Strong background in object-oriented architecture, design, and development.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with agile lifecycles, testing automation, and behavior-driven development.
• Experience delivering technical solutions to meet business and product strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services or Payments.
• Experience with multiple object-oriented languages.
