Description

Lead back-end integration, system analysis, and testing for enterprise Java applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and deploy applications within IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments.
• Manage application integration, code changes, and configuration on middleware servers.
• Conduct code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide technical consultation and expert feedback during project working sessions.
• Deliver implementation and post-implementation support to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience in Java enterprise solutions.
• Extensive experience with WAS 7+ and Portal application configuration and deployment.
• Deep expertise in Java security, including SSL(TLS), PKI, IAM, LDAP, and WAS TAI.
• Strong proficiency in OAuth2 and OIDC technologies, including integration with Okta.
• Advanced knowledge of Spring Web framework, EJB, Hibernate, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Expertise in Oracle DB, including SQL and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with GIT, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Ant scripts.
• Proven ability to integrate applications via IBM ESB, DataPower, or APIC.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder, or public sector environments.
