You will act as a technical leader driving the technical vision and providing strategic direction for engineering teams during a major transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Own technical decision-making and develop a strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor team members on technical solutions and foster professional growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project execution meets quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct code and architectural reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Amazon S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, design patterns, and API design.
• Experience building event-driven architectures and implementing RESTful microservices.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically DynamoDB, and System Integration Patterns like Pub/Sub.
• Experience with monitoring and debugging tools such as CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
• Practical experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and communicate effectively with clients.
