Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI applications leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry and OpenAI technologies.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of software projects against quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, including architecture and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and application development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) services for AI development.
• Demonstrated project management skills using Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in building AI applications using Microsoft AI Foundry and OpenAI.
• Big picture mindset and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to pick up new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
