Description

You will design, develop, and implement AI applications leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry and OpenAI technologies while leading project delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of software projects adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, focused on AI applications.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, including architecture and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and application development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) and its AI-relevant services.
• Demonstrated project management skills using Agile methodologies.
• Big picture mindset and critical thinking for problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
