Description

You will lead technical projects involving AI/ML integration and legacy system maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks.
• Lead the full lifecycle including design, analysis, review, and testing.
• Architect and optimize AI/ML models while maintaining legacy infrastructure.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models within defined system constraints.
• Mentor teams and drive enterprise technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading technical projects across legacy and modern platforms.
• 5+ years working with Cloud/Java applications and automation testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML development.
• 3+ years of experience with legacy technologies.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with cloud application development.
• Expertise in AI/ML model architecture and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with RxClaim or PBM adjudication systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native Technologies and IBMi AS400.
