You will architect and deliver AI-powered solutions, including RAG systems and custom agents, while mentoring junior engineers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced AI systems, multi-component pipelines, and custom agents with multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate AI models into production software via scalable APIs and data pipelines.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and mentor junior engineers.
• Implement testing frameworks and monitoring for AI model performance, ensuring security and ethical compliance.
• Optimize AI system performance for latency and resource usage across product and research teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, evaluation metrics, and system design.
• Knowledge of MLOps and the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered applications.
• Experience integrating AI models into production environments using APIs and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with containerization tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
