You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable solutions following established coding standards and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical specifications and project milestones.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to increase development productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on backend or full-stack roles.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Competency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
