Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Architect systems that adhere to established coding standards and design patterns.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical specifications and milestones.
• Optimize development processes through automation and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience with Django or Flask web frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
