You design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions for healthcare modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with architects and product managers.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Triage and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new healthcare modules, ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE.
• Expertise in object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Deep experience with healthcare standards (EHRs, HL7, FHIR).
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Proven production support and issue triaging experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like TestNG.
