Description

You will own the design and implementation of automated test frameworks for complex, event-driven distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration, performance, and reliability tests for microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for gRPC APIs, Kafka eventing, and data stores including DocumentDB, OpenSearch, SpiceDB, and AWS Neptune.
• Build and execute automated tests for services developed using Go, GraphQL, and microservices technologies.
• Drive adoption of the testing pyramid by implementing unit tests (Go, Ginkgo), integration tests, and performance tests (K6).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests for continuous quality validation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, focused on distributed systems and microservices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium, API Testing, and Java-based automation frameworks.
• Strong experience testing cloud-native applications deployed on AWS.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling test automation frameworks from scratch or enhancing existing ones.
• Solid understanding of system design, event-driven architectures, and microservices testing strategies.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
• Familiarity with Go and GraphQL testing contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with K6 for performance testing.
