Description

You will own and implement the end-to-end quality strategy for multiple features or product areas, leading complex testing efforts and automation framework development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional, integration, and regression testing, including risk assessment and test planning.
• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Write high-quality automated tests and set standards for structure, coverage, and maintainability.
• Monitor and stabilize build pipelines, triaging failures and resolving flaky or intermittent issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and partner with development teams to improve testability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation or quality engineering.
• Expertise in functional testing of complex systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Playwright, WebDriverIO, and Cypress.
• Experience integrating tests with Jenkins and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Background in improving testability within development teams.
