Description

You will own the test automation strategy and execution for application releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Groovy, or Kotlin.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Mentor QA team members on test setup, data management, and code quality.
• Define QA standards and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SDET in application development and release environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or Kotlin for test automation.
• Strong expertise in Selenium or Appium automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka queues and API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with JUnit or TestNG testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git or Subversion.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create detailed test coverage plans.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with log analysis tools such as Splunk.
• Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing tools (e.g., Sauce Labs).
