Description

You will own the quality assurance process for major application integrations and product releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test frameworks and libraries using Java, Groovy, and Kotlin.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts to assess application quality and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing using Jenkins and Azure.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure object-oriented design best practices and maintainable automation code.
• Coach junior SDETs on test environment setup, data management, and testing standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience as an SDET for major application integrations or product releases.
• Deep expertise in Java and/or Groovy, including Selenium and Appium.
• Proficiency in testing REST and SOAP APIs using SoapUI, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, XML, JS, and CSS.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing using SauceLabs or similar.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and Subversion.
• Experience searching system logs and troubleshooting via Splunk or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Demonstrable skills in writing JUnit or TestNG tests.
