Description

Drive the long-term test automation strategy as a member of the automation center of excellence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Strategize the future state of test automation and lead proof of concept initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and improve automation frameworks across various application types.
• Consult with other QA teams to resolve technical roadblocks and implement automation solutions.
• Analyze problem statements to provide technical improvements.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ranging from short-term tasks to long-term projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation and software development.
• Proven experience automating different application types and programming languages.
• Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Strong ability to work as a self-starter with minimal oversight.
• Experience providing technical consultation and guidance to other QA resources.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects of varying durations.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical challenges into strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Testing domain.
