Description

Build and maintain scalable backend systems for banking and fintech applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design object-oriented models and implement complex business logic.
• Develop and enhance backend microservices using Java.
• Perform analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of complex engineering problems and deliver clean, scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8+, including Streams and Lambda functional programming.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and building REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate, ORM frameworks, and backend data layers.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and Redis.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 Authentication.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), debugging, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with evolving banking or fintech requirements.
• Ability to design maintainable backend solutions.
