Description

You will develop high-volume Java applications within a multi-tiered, message-oriented platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions for high-volume transaction processing.
• Collaborate with technical leads, business analysts, and system analysts to define features and user stories.
• Resolve production support incidents and problem tickets as the point-of-contact.
• Apply secure coding best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Java SDK 11 or greater.
• Experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Technical expertise in JBoss, Tomcat, and the Spring framework.
• Experience with Kafka, Maven, and JSON.
• Proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Pivotal.
• Competency in multi-threading and Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• KSAFe/Agile software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud software development using PCF or Azure.
