Description

You will own complex development within the Airmedia/Streaming team, focusing on performance and scalability across multiple platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement reviews, effort estimation, and high-level specification for complex features.
• Develop and test features across multiple platforms, conducting thorough code reviews.
• Define architectural and design choices to ensure system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define new products and confirm engineering feasibility.
• Resolve field problems with existing firmware in collaboration with technical support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Java.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with communication protocols: Ethernet, TCP/UDP/IP.
• Experience with streaming protocols: RTP, RTSP, HLS.
• Experience with OpenGL ES.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with firmware development and field problem resolution.
