Description

You will design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Write and test Apex code and unit tests to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Service Cloud environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features: Case Management, Case Routing, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Base.
• Experience with Live Agent webchats, role-based permissions, and Community Cloud integration.
• Knowledge of Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
• Technical expertise in REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience managing data migration and integration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant, OmniStudio Developer, or Platform Developer certifications.
