Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Salesforce applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test high-quality Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and user experience.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems using Apex and Visualforce.
• Ensure adherence to code quality, security, and compliance best practices across the full development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Expertise in LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with declarative tools including Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data and security models.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes for Salesforce development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
