Lead technical execution and development lifecycle for core software solutions, overseeing design, implementation, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality software solutions and translate complex business requirements into detailed specifications.
• Oversee development activities, addressing product defects and re-architecting components for improved scalability.
• Provide technical leadership for new product development and enhancements.
• Coach and guide developers on best practices, code quality, and performance.
• Guide architectural decisions and collaborate across teams to ensure technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software design and development.
• Strong expertise in vCloud Director.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Technical Leader.
• Experience in Test Director or similar QA/testing oversight.
• Ability to guide architectural decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
