Description

You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development support.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery to meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive technical excellence by making high-level architectural decisions and guiding architectural design reviews.
• Implement and refine software development processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale software projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments including AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and standard processes.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud and other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
