Senior Software Development Project Manager

You will lead and manage software development initiatives from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, to hit milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and prepare status reports for senior management.
• Mentor junior project managers and guide team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development project management.
• Strong command of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale software projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP or PMI ACP certification.
