Description

Develop and deploy embedded firmware for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECU) across autonomy, infotainment, and vehicle control platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy embedded software on RTOS for board bring-up, verification, and debugging.
• Write device drivers, middleware components, and applications for hardware and software co-designs.
• Create validation test cases in C and Python to ensure system reliability.
• Debug real-time issues across the software and hardware stack to provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and vendors to understand requirements and prioritize tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems programming.
• Proficiency in C programming with recent professional experience writing code.
• Experience developing BSP and low-level drivers for sensors and components.
• Familiarity with Python for validation and testing.
• Strong understanding of hardware interfaces and protocols including SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Experience debugging in embedded environments using JTAG, SWD, or Lauterbach.
• Hands-on experience debugging hardware using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Solid understanding of RTOS fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ARM Cortex-based SoCs and platforms.
• Background in automotive systems or motor control.
