Description

You will own the development and maintenance of core modules covering Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits, and Employee Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for customer problems in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
• Develop and contribute code to core modules while participating in continuous code reviews.
• Create and execute test plans including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests alongside QA.
• Release work to production and monitor system health to ensure stability.
• Mentor other engineers and share domain knowledge across the department.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#.NET and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Classic ASP.
• Hands-on development using AngularJS, Angular 2.0, or ReactJS.
• Strong TypeScript skills.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to modernize legacy codebases and work with limited documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
