Build accessible, reusable UI components and architect web applications for large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable UI components and define accessibility and governance standards across digital channels.
• Build applications focusing on usability, cross-browser compatibility, web security, and HTML document architecture.
• Lead design and architectural solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Direct senior developers, perform code reviews, and implement improvement plans.
• Drive technical innovation through brainstorming sessions and mentor development team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of UI development experience.
• Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in React patterns including Hooks, Redux, Memo, and HOC.
• Experience developing accessibility compliance applications.
• Strong knowledge of Unit Testing (Jest, Enzyme, or testing-library), TDD, and BDD.
• Experience with Web Driver IO, CI/CD, and packaging/deploying UI deliverables.
• Solid understanding of OOAD, asynchronous programming, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with large enterprise scale integrations or complex customer-facing applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UX design tools, DevOps, and cross-browser validation tools.
• Experience managing larger teams across multiple geographic territories.
