Engineering Excellence
Design and deploy scalable, production-grade Agentic AI systems
Build multi-agent architectures with autonomous decision-making
Ensure high standards in performance, reliability, and code quality
Mentor teams and influence architectural decisions

Agentic AI Development
Build adaptive AI agents & orchestration frameworks
Work with tools like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen
Develop LLM-powered solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, optimization)
Drive continuous improvement, observability, and system resilience

Innovation & Integration
Create AI-powered developer tools (code assistants, automation frameworks)
Automate workflows across distributed systems and ML pipelines
Integrate AI capabilities with React, .NET, and modern cloud platforms

What You Bring
6–10 years in software engineering
2–3+ years in AI/ML engineering
Hands-on experience in Agentic AI / multi-agent systems (production level)

Strong expertise in:
Python for AI systems
LLM applications (RAG, prompt engineering)
AI orchestration frameworks
Proven ability to ship AI-powered features end-to-end
