Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems powered by LLMs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable Python services and orchestration pipelines for complex multi-step agent workflows.
• Architect frameworks enabling agents to reason, plan, use tools, and execute autonomous tasks.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into robust production systems.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of LLM-powered applications.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python with deep understanding of software design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).
• Proven track record building AI agents or agentic systems (tool use, reasoning, multi-step workflows).
• Understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Experience with Langchain and Llamaindex.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering or RAG systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
