You will lead the technical execution of AI projects, making architecture decisions and overseeing delivery to meet product roadmaps.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Optimize AI performance by adapting third-party models and algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver scalable AI/ML solutions using MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
• Design and implement continuous monitoring for application and user behavior to drive data insights.
• Act as a technical thought leader, influencing AI direction across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, evaluation, and system design.
• Knowledge of MLOps and the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI models into production using APIs and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI-driven systems, agent-based architectures, or AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or search-based AI.
• 2–4 years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience building production apps in React and Angular.
