You will architect and build AI-powered solutions within a cross-functional engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced AI systems, including RAG and custom AI agents with multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate AI models into production software via scalable APIs and data pipelines.
• Break down ambiguous requirements into scalable technical specifications and provide technical leadership.
• Implement testing and monitoring frameworks for AI model performance while ensuring data governance.
• Translate AI capabilities into real-world applications by collaborating with product and design teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
• Strong foundation in machine learning principles, evaluation, and system design.
• Experience integrating AI models into end-to-end production applications at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks for building AI systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience building multi-component AI pipelines.
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM-driven systems, agent-based architectures, or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Domain knowledge in legal, tax, or compliance systems.
