Description

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for content recommendations and user behavior prediction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced ML models for personalized recommendations and content categorization.
• Improve algorithm accuracy through continuous experimentation with new techniques.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights for model development and feature engineering.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance in production to maintain optimal results.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a track record of deploying models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Expertise in SQL and big data technologies such as Spark.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with Hadoop and Hive.
