Description

You will lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, distributed microservices architectures to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including software, quality, and reliability engineers.
• Own implementation architecture decisions for product features, refactoring, and EOSL requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers to drive technical growth.
• Define and report on SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics in partnership with architecture and product teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and customer issues under pressure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on mainstream Java and SpringBoot.
• 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 7+ years designing and developing cloud-native microservices using GCP SDKs and GKE/Kubernetes.
• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 7+ years of experience deploying software via Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical understanding of infrastructure-as-code, Helm Charts, and Terraform constructs.
• Proven ability to lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile team activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data processing using Dataflow, Apache Beam, BigQuery, or PubSub.
• Background in highly regulated environments and managing product/project budgets.
